Thrivewell Elaglobal Services is a social enterprise based in the UK and Nigeria that is committed to enhancing the prospects for children and youth.
Our comprehensive education, skill-building, and social engagement initiatives foster self-assurance, inventiveness, and a sense of purpose. Young people are guided by our team of enthusiastic educators and mentors to identify their strengths, value their individuality, and lay solid foundations for the future.

Peter’s Story – Finding His Voice
Peter, 12, once struggled with shyness and stage anxiety. Through our Eloquent Speaking & Confidence Building program, he learnt to express himself clearly and confidently.
“At first, I was scared to speak in front of people. Now, I can lead group discussions and even host school events!”
Peter now mentors other students in public speaking, proving that confidence can be learnt – and shared.
Ada’s Story - From Curiosity to Coding Confidence
When 14-year-old Ada joined our Tech & Design Academy, she had never written a line of code. Within months, she built her first website and began mentoring her classmates.
“I never knew I could do something like this. Now, I want to become a software engineer and teach other girls how to code.”
Today, Ada is one of our most active youth ambassadors – a shining example of what happens when opportunity meets determination.
